Burning Man! A Musical? & Oakland Unseen, Oakland's Premier Fake News Source.

Finally an update on all the awesome projects I have been working on!

Most recently I wrapped up Oakland Unseen, Oakland's premier fake news source, with director and producer Matt Werner. The full web series is featured on YouTube and was called "The Onion" of The Bay area by Kristen Haney of 7x7.com

In August, director Kyle Fasanella presented to meBurning Man: The Musical produced and written by Matt Werner. Based off the description, I will admit I was confused about how Burning Man, the annual gathering at Black Rock Desert in Nevada, would be shown as a musical. Then I learned of the short turn around time with Burning Man approaching. Challenge accepted. Hysterically laughing and pulling off a couple all nighters, I edited this roller coaster of a satire together excited to be a part of the vision. Overnight the video went viral with over 80,000 views on Youtube, as well as, featured in articles from the likes of TIME, Newsweek, Vanity Fair, Business Insider, Jezebel, Thump, Playbill, etc...

Burning Man: The Musical is a new musical about the collision of Silicon Valley and Burning Man. This video is the first 5-minutes of the musical. Please help us create the full musical!

The past couple of weeks, I have been editing The Family Tree Documentary trailer for the Kickstarter page. The director, Amanda Kari McHugh, is currently raising funds through Kickstarter in order for her post crew including myself to work full time on the film so that it will be completed by Christmas of 2015. Please help support this personal project so that I can share with you a truly amazing story about tenacity and pursuing your dreams no matter the age you are turning. It is truly an inspiring project. I am excited to share the trailer I edited, please check out the Kickstarter page to learn more about the director's struggle, how much she has already accomplished, and why this film should be made.
